By placing an order with Lali Bakery, you agree to our policies regarding payment, cancellations, refunds, and order fulfillment. All orders must be paid in full before processing. Cancellations must be made within the required notice period to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once picked up or delivered. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed in advance. Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your order.

Pickup & Delivery
Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. We are not responsible for items not picked up on time or damaged after pickup/delivery.

Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Product Use
Our baked goods are intended for immediate consumption or refrigeration as recommended. We are not responsible for quality issues due to improper storage after pickup/delivery.

Return Policy
At Lali Bakery, we want you to love every bite! If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of pickup or delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change!
To ensure we can provide the best service to all our customers:

Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund.

Custom or Large Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Orders canceled after this time may be subject to a partial refund or store credit, depending on how much work has already been completed.

Same-Day or Next-Day Orders are non-refundable once placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your order. We’re happy to work with you when we can!
